Lekki Royal Investment Management Limited (LRIM) was established in 2018 and is registered in Nigeria. The company carries on the business of international trade and investment, shipping and maritime services, and the management of assets including bonds, shares and real estate.

LRIM's presence at the Dangote Jetty dates back to 2017, when the company entered a 35-year commercial lease agreement with Dangote Industries Limited for its landholding, one of the earliest and most significant commitments in the company's history.

A landholding presence at the Dangote Jetty.

LRIM owns a substantial landholding at the Dangote Jetty, over three acres, leased to Dangote Industries Limited under a 35-year commercial lease agreement. A recently acquired adjacent property is being developed for warehousing, storage and distribution, supporting LRIM's ship chandling operations.

    Leadership combining two decades of international financial services experience with sharp credit market expertise and hands-on engineering and operations delivery.

    Mufutau Abayomi Longe

    Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

    A seasoned international executive with over two decades in financial services and investment management across the UK and Nigeria, including senior roles at GE Capital, Barclays Private Bank, Invesco, Morgan Stanley and State Street. He founded LRIM to build a world-class indigenous marine and logistics company for Nigeria's expanding industrial and energy sectors.

    Sarata Enitan Folawiyo

    Executive Director, Finance & Corporate Services

    Sarata brings deep credit market expertise, built through earlier roles as a Credit Analyst and Credit Controller with a solid grounding in credit risk assessment, financial analysis and disciplined financial management. She leads deal origination at a private institution, supporting institutional transactions across Africa's power, oil and gas sectors, alongside operating her own recruitment enterprise.

    Jackson Akanwa

    Director of Marine Operations & Logistics Infrastructure

    An engineering and operations professional with over 12 years' experience in civil engineering, construction, facilities management and project delivery across Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates. He provides strategic leadership across LRIM's marine support services, logistics, engineering, ship chandling operations and HSSE compliance.
