Our Infrastructure

The Dangote Jetty is at the centre of everything LRIM does.

A 35-year landholding at the heart of Nigeria's fastest-growing maritime and industrial corridor, supported by warehousing, distribution and a wider property portfolio.

Dangote Jetty Landholdings

Over three acres at the heart of the Jetty.

LRIM owns a substantial landholding at the Dangote Jetty, over three acres. Dangote Industries Limited has committed to leasing this land for the construction of the Jetty, under a 35-year commercial lease agreement entered into in 2017 between Dangote Industries Ltd and LRIM.

This long-standing agreement gives LRIM an influential presence in and around one of the most significant pieces of maritime infrastructure under development in Nigeria, supporting the Dangote Oil Refinery's import of crude oil and export of refined petroleum products, as well as the site's broader role as a bulk commodity and regional trade hub.
